Returns & Refund
At Used Cars USA, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of used vehicle sales, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. General Policy on Returns
- No Returns on Vehicle Sales: All vehicle sales are final. Once a vehicle has been purchased and the title has been transferred, we do not accept returns or exchanges of vehicles under any circumstances.
- Inspection Prior to Purchase: We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. If you would like, you may bring a third-party mechanic to conduct an inspection at your expense.
- Vehicle Sold "As-Is": Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all vehicles are sold "as-is," meaning that the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition without warranties, either expressed or implied.
2. Refunds on Deposits
- Refundable Deposits: In some cases, Used Cars USA may accept refundable deposits to hold a vehicle. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, provided you notify us within 48 hours.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: If the deposit is marked as non-refundable (for example, for holding vehicles beyond a specified time period or for certain promotions), you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund on a refundable deposit, you must contact us by E-mail and provide proof of your deposit within 14 days.
3. Refunds on Add-On Products and Services
- Warranties and Service Contracts: If you purchase an extended warranty, service contract, or other add-on services, refunds may be available depending on the terms of the contract. Please refer to the individual agreement for details regarding cancellation and refunds.
- Accessories or Parts: For any parts or accessories purchased separately from the vehicle, returns or refunds may be allowed if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
- Lemon Law: If your vehicle qualifies as a "lemon" under state lemon laws, you may be entitled to a replacement vehicle or refund under the conditions specified by law. Please review your state's specific lemon law provisions or consult with legal counsel for more details.
- Manufacturer Recalls: If a vehicle you purchased is subject to a manufacturer's recall, we will assist in facilitating repairs through the manufacturer. Refunds for recalled vehicles are not provided unless required by the manufacturer.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have a dispute regarding the condition of the vehicle, please contact us directly to discuss a resolution. While we do not offer returns or refunds on vehicles, we are happy to assist with repairs, adjustments, or other services when applicable.
