1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Zelle
  Payments via Zelle can be made directly from your bank account. Please ensure that you use the correct email address or phone number provided by us to complete the transfer.

  • Processing Time: Usually instant, but may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.
  • Fees: No additional fees charged by us, though your bank may apply fees.

• CashApp
  You may pay through CashApp using our dealership's unique $Cashtag. Ensure you send the exact amount agreed upon to avoid delays.

  • Processing Time: Instant in most cases.
  • Fees: No additional fees from us, but CashApp may apply fees for certain transactions.

• PayPal
  We accept payments via PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.

  • Processing Time: Instant for most transactions.
  • Fees: Any fees incurred through PayPal will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Apple Pay
  Payments through Apple Pay are accepted for in-person transactions at our dealership.

  • Processing Time: Instant.
  • Fees: No additional fees charged by us.

• Cryptocurrency
  We accept select cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and others, subject to the current market rates.

  • Processing Time: Transaction confirmation may take from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the cryptocurrency network.
  • Fees: Any network transaction fees (also known as gas fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Important: Cryptocurrency payments are final, and refunds are not available for crypto payments due to market volatility.

2. Payment Process

• Finalizing the Transaction: Before making any payment, please confirm the total amount due with your sales representative. This total will include the vehicle price, taxes, fees, and any add-ons or warranties.
• Confirmation: After submitting payment, you must provide proof of payment (such as a transaction ID or screenshot) to our dealership for verification.
• Vehicle Release: The vehicle will not be released until full payment has been confirmed.

3. Payment Disputes

• In the event of a payment dispute (e.g., incorrect amount sent or technical issues), please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
• For cryptocurrency payments, due to the nature of blockchain transactions, disputes must be resolved before payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once processed.

4. Refunds for Payments

• Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Apple Pay: Refunds for these payment methods will be processed back to the original account within 1-3 business days.
• Cryptocurrency: Due to market volatility, refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the U.S. dollar equivalent at the time of refund, not the time of purchase.
